I collected all the European 3DS dumps that have been floating around. You cannot use these .3ds files yet. You will have to wait for a flash card or a emulator to be released. Most likely, if the crown3ds team is real, these games will work on the flash card they are developing. In the future a 3DS Subcategory should probably be added.
